Fluffy basmati rice, tender & succulent boneless chicken, accompanied with mesmerising aroma of handpicked spices, herbs and saffron; all encased in a traditional pot and sealed, cooked in its own juices on slow fire on a classic method called “ Dum”. (This portion is ideal for 5-7 person)

Our Chilled Biryani is served with a refreshing side of raita, a yogurt-based accompaniment infused with the flavours of chopped cucumber, onion, and a sprinkle of cumin powder, adding a cool and creamy contrast to the rich and aromatic rice dish.
